- Chaste (Cancer, Heart and Soft Tissue Environment) is a general purpose simulation package aimed at multi-scale, computationally demanding problems arising in biology and physiology. Part of its development was carried out in the framework of the European project (nr 224381) preDiCT: The Road to Real-Time Cardiac Simulations on the Next-Generation Computing Systems.
- pVBARMS (parallel Variable Block Algebraic Recursive Multilevel Solver, currently under development) is a parallel iterative matrix solver for block structured linear systems.
- Shifted-ItSol (currently under development) is a set of Matlab routines implementing novel Krylov subspace methods for the simultaneous solution of sequences of multi-shifted linear systems with multiple right-hand sides.
