Catacombs of Talion ...continued

Masking the Yowl of the Yeti
Watch out for the shadowy spike trench in the hallway (sideways jump over it). Place the Mask in the lock you find in the right wall. When you dash into the next area, beware the rolling boulders. Run at them, jumping to the left or right at the last moment, and you'll live to fight the good fight. You'll see. When the action dies down, head for lowest square below the hole in the wall opposite the building.

Before you is a portal into another world…or at least the second Tibetan Mask.

Jump to grab, then climb on in. Angle to the left and head toward the icy pond. Hang a right at the pond and blast through the cave opening. Climb the blocks immediately to your left. Drop to the other side of the blocks and enter the water. The second Tibetan Mask beckons.

Mask in hand, retrace your steps to the hole in the wall. Standing on the ledge, overlooking the boulder ramp area, head for the alley in the far-left corner (it's near the edge of the red balcony in the far building). Locate the Mask lock (just to the left of the door) and get ready to silence the yowl of the Yeti.

Ignite a flare when you enter this truly unnerving room. Take a left and make some hop jumps to the large bowl. Yank the switch you find next to the bowl, draw your best Yeti-killing device, and let them have it. Make sure you count four bodies before continuing.

Find the illuminated box in the right corner, near the switch. Pull/push it under the near set of raised bars. Enter the darkened room behind the bars, pull the switch on the back wall, then exit the Yeti room the same way you entered. Your destination is the now-familiar hole in the wall next to the boulder ramp. We suggest you draw a weapon just before exiting the Yeti room, however….

After making it through the hole in the wall, dash down the rope bridge and go through the newly opened door, careful to sidestep the boulder trap just past the second doorway. Once over the bridges, leap to the ladder on the right. Climb up and press on to the hole in the floor. Drop into the drink and swim through the submerged opening to the next cave.

Secret 2

Secret in hand, swim for the beach area. Tall twin doors to your back, approach the tall block jutting out of the water. Climb up, jump to grab the ladder, and ascend. Backflip off the ladder (when you're at the top) to the ledge. Pull the switch to open the tall twin doors. Go past the now-open doors and search the block in the middle of the room for a switch. Pulling this switch swings open the huge set of doors in the boulder area. You know this place - it's the open area you entered after placing the first Tibetan Mask. We'll see you there.
