Atop the ladder, turn around and leap onto the ledge to your right, then hop-grab the opposite ledge. Run over the rock pile and hop to the downward ramp, grab button down as you slide. Drop to the crack in the rock and shimmy left to where you can pull up. Then shoot out a window and enter the building. Time to get that first Prayer Wheel. Barkhang Monestary, continued...
