Machine Chip Mayhem
After claiming the Blue Pass Card, step off of the ledge and veer left to the opening in the wall. Jump to the ladder and work your way back to the catwalk. Hang a right at the T-intersection this time, then use that Blue Pass Card.

Hang a left when you enter the hallway, draw your shotgun, and blast the fire-breathing bad guy and the other assorted losers. Open the first yellow and black striped door in the outside wall you happen across (it's in the hallway directly opposite the hallway you entered).

Move the crate one push away from the door. Now that's a nice panel…a Machine Chip would fit quite nicely into it, wouldn't you say? Select your Harpoon Gun, drop into the water, and swim through the hole in the bottom-left corner. The swimming menace exterminated, get some air and return to the tunnel. Grab the first lever you see, about-face, and then start making right turns. After a few corners you'll be confronted with a lever in the left wall. Quickly pull it and continue on. Take your next two rights, then left, then make for the surface of the pool where this all started.

Exit the pool room and hang a right when you reach the halls where the flamethrowing baddie hassled you. Open the next black and yellow striped door you come across, and battle your way past the helicopter pad to the fire pad corridor. A Machine Chip and an M-16 are within reach.

It's all about the distant Machine Chip and the M-16 hidden beneath the trapdoor that's between the fire pads.

First, let's get the M-16: Hit the right switch to deactivate the fire pad, sideways jump to the corridor entrance, dash to the pit, and grab the gun (It's close to the near wall). Get out before the fire restarts.

Now for the Machine Chip: Wait for the closer pad to re-ignite, then pull the right switch, sideways jump to the left button and hit it. Fires temporarily doused, run to the back of the corridor, nab the chip, and hightail it out of there. Return to the pool room.

Place the Machine Chip in the panel next to the crate you moved long ago. Get out your favorite close-quarters killing weapons, and blast through the now-open door (the doorway to the left of the Machine Chip panel). Once the baddies are toast, you can drop into the water to continue your quest, or you can claim yet another secret.
