September 3-7, 2007    ♦    Bozen-Bolzano, Italy

Call for Participation

Novel applications have always been driving the development of new advanced database technologies. As part of this development an entire body of knowledge and technology that exists in other fields has to be integrated with current database technology. The aim of this summer school is to offer an opportunity to database researchers to become familiar with the latest advances of database applications and their impact on current database technology. The school is directed to members of the database research community in the wide sense: researchers, graduate students, and professionals involved in R&D or in the use of advanced database technology. The EDBT summer school consists of lectures, discussions and interactions with lecturers recognized as leading experts in their research areas.
