- MindNode (mindmapping app, very useful while taking notes; iPad/iPhone/Mac)
- Remarks - Write notes (the most sophisticated note taking app, using stylus, drawings, text, annotating pdf/images, etc)
- Simplenote (simple text-based note taking app; iPad/iPhone/Mac)
