Unlike traditional process logs, which are flat, Object-Centric Event Logs store information about objects of different types, and their association to events. Timelines are artifacts that record how these objects, along with their relations and attributes, evolve over time. In the literature, rule-based approaches to construct timelines from event logs have been proposed. In this paper, we extend such approaches by allowing the user to reuse a restricted portion of knowledge gained during the evaluation of other rules. We also utilize the rules' structure to determine events whose effects are independent. Such a partitioning of events in the input event log enable a parallelization of the timeline generation algorithm. We also present OWL 2 models for both the rule schema and the timeline model, a scheme to visualize a summary of the generated timeline, and a tool that can (i) validate a given rule Knowledge Base (KB) against the presented rule schema, (ii) construct a timeline from a given OCEL v2.0-compliant input and a set of rules, and (iii) visualize the timeline using the aforementioned timeline summary visualizer model.
