Motivations: The presentation was excellent. Everything worked fine. The interface is usable and very easy to use. Good multi thread programming. It is very nice the multi lingual support. The students have faced several difficult problems related to managing the XML data. The report is excellent. Very good project.

Students: Māris Bungše (10030374) and Federico Leverato (3256)
Grade: 14
Motivations: The presentation was not smooth, the demo was not ready for the presentation.During our test of the system selecting an item produced a null pointer exception. Apart from this, this project is very good, the functionalities are complete and some are them are rather complex (as the map display). The report is too much focussed in describing your failures. I think that you better describe the solutions.

Student: Manfred Malleier (6885) and Johannes Erschbamer (6977)
Grade: 15
Motivations: Excellent presentation and project. (I did enjoy it). Testing the system was easy; everything worked as presented. The project functions are interesting and several API have been used. The interface is simple and easy to use. The report is good. You have used a number of different API and techniques.

Student: Michael Mairegger (6860) and Myriam Viertler (7125)

Motivations: Exellent project, very usable and useful. Everything worked fine. It could be a real application to be distributed. The report is good but not really outstanding. The description of the user navigation into the offered functions is hard to understand.

Students: Simon Carraro (6855) and Alois Josef Hofer (3785)
Grade: 14
Motivations: The project functions are ok, but a bit too simple. The students have not implemented all the functionalities that were discussed and agreed upon during the labs. Anyway, what has been implemented is working correctly, the system GUI is clear and the system is easy to use. The report is fine but there is no description of the system architecture (there is just a simple picture showing a kind of sequence diagram). It is not clear what are the modules and/or classes.

Students: Patrick Clara (6914) and Manuel Piubelli (7317)
Grade: 16!
Motivations: Excellent report, very detailed and clear. This is an outstanding project. The students have faced and solved a number of difficult technical issues. The system that they have implemented is very sophisticated and well designed. A very complex workflow (multi users) is supported. Very smart usage of the Push Registry. Much more than what I expected from these exam projects. It is clear that you have learned a lot. Congratulations.
