I am a researcher in the Knowledge-Based Systems group, at the Institute of Information Systems, Technical University of Vienna.

My research interests include Knowledge Representation using (combinations of) logics and logic programming, as well as application to the Semantic Web, and the relationship between KR and database technologies.

I am currently involved in the Rule Interchange Format working group, in which my personal goal is to make sure the working group produces a usable Semantic Web rules language; specifically, to make sure the language is compatible with RDF and OWL.
