The project aims at supporting the management of construction projects with methodologies and IT-tools.
The main idea is that by modelling, scheduling and monitoring in detail the execution phase of a construction project, time and cost overruns can be reduced. Indeed, possible sources of delay can be discovered early enough to apply effective countermeasures.
In this direction, a systematic and formal approach will be developed as a result of the project and a web-based IT tool supporting it will be implemented.
