Workshop on Multimodal Interactive Question Answering

25th March 2010
Room nr. 20, Università degli Studi di Trento, DISI
Via Sommarive 14, 38100 Povo (TN)

The workshop aims to bring together researchers working on Speech, Interactive Questions Answering and Dialogue Models in Trentino-Alto Adige. It will be a good occasion to be updated on each other recent results and identify synergies to carry out collaboration both on theoretical and applied research.

The workshop is one of the many activities carried out jointly by the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, The University of Trento and FBK on Language Technologies to foster the collaboration between computer science, formal linguistics, and cognitive science. It is addressed to anyone interested in this interdisciplinary research area. In particular, we invite undergraduate students of the EMLCT (European Masters Program in Language and Communication Technologies), of the HLTI Master (Master in Human Language Technology and Interfaces), of the Masters course in Cognitive Science, of the MA in Philosophy, Logic and Computer Science, of the BA in Computer Science and Philosophy, as well as PhD students of CIMEC, DISI, FBK, and FUB. It will be for them a good occasion to get introduced to the community network, be aware of research projects and job possibilities in the area.
