European Masters Program in Language and Communication Technologies
What makes this Program unique?
This is an international distributed Master of Science program offered by 11 European Universities in Italy, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Malta and The Netherlands. These are the leading European Centres for Language and Communication Technologies, with faculty staff and students coming from all over the world. The Italian Centre is the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
After their first year at the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano students complete their studies in any of the other partner universities of the Program.
European Master Degree plus Double Degrees
Students completing the program obtain an European Master Degree in Language and Communication Technologies, plus a Degree legally recognized in Italy as MSc in Computer Science (Laurea specialistica in Informatica), plus the corresponding Degree legally recognized in the country where the second university chosen by the student is located.
Language:
All courses are taught in English.
- Compulsory courses on the foundations of Computer Science and Linguistics.
- Optional courses on cutting edge topics in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics and Cognitive Science to improve research skills and continue studies towards the doctoral degree.

Graduates of this European Masters Program will bring to businesses and industry the expertise needed to improve the nexus between humans and machines.
