Registration and Accommodation

Registration

Registration fee:

  • Early Student (before 19th June 2009): 160€
  • Early Regular (before 19th June 2009): 250€
  • Late Student: 200€
  • Late Student: 300€
The registration fee includes: participation to the symposium sessions, coffee breaks and lunches at the restaurant from Thursday to Saturday, welcome reception on Wednesday 22th evening, social banquet on Friday 24th evening. The symposium starts on Thursday 23 July morning and it ends on Saturday 25 July at lunch. The registration does not include the accommodation (see below). Additional tickets for the social banquet can be purchased for 80€ each.

VISA

In order to request an invitation to get a VISA, please email to artale@inf.unibz.it with the following:

  • Details (at least name and address)
  • Fax number to send the invitation letter
  • Address to which the letter should be shipped

Accommodation

The accommodation is handled by the Brixen-Bressanone Tourist Office; rooms will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Please reserve your accommodation now by filling the hotel reservation form and by faxing (preferred) or posting it at the following address:
