Registration

General Information

Participants are requested to register on-line through this website. The registration process consists of the following steps:

1. Filling in the conference registration form at the bottom of this page and submitting it.
2. If paying by bank transfer, additionally a copy of the transfer should be faxed to the conference office.
3. Full time students qualify for the student registration fee and have to fax additionally a proof of student status to the conference office.

Registration is only valid on receipt of full payment. Payment must be received with the registration and has to be made by one of the following means:

Conference Fees

The conference fee covers the particpation in regular sessions, one copy of the proceedings, welcome reception, one ticket for the conference dinner, and three lunches.

Additional tickets for the conference dinner cost 40 Euro and can be ordered in the TCGOV-2005 conference office.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be sent to the conference office in written form. For cancellations received until February 1st, 2005, 80% of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations received after February 1st, 2005, no refund can be made.
