Exhibition

An exhibition will be organized during the TCGOV-2005 conference, which gives to interested organisations, institutions, and companies the possiblity to present and disseminate their products to the interested community. The exhibition aims to complete the scientific programme by showing a range of products (such as tools, platforms, services, books, etc.) that are relevant for the e-government community, including researchers, administrative staff, policy makers, and politicians.

The exhibition will take place in the corridor next to the conference rooms and the coffee breaks, and hence ensures maximum possible attendance by conference delegates. Each stand is equiped with a table of approx. 2 meter x 1 meter and with Internet connection.

Reservation of a stand

Interested exhibitors shall compile the exhibition application form and send it via email to the exhibition chair no later than February 11, 2005.

The number of participants is limited. The reservation follows on a first-come/first-serve basis. If the requests exceed the availability of the exhibition space, the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano will get in contact with the company / institution.

If your reservation is accepted, you will be asked for the payment of the exhibition fee. The exhibition fee amounts to 500,00 Euro (+20 % VAT) and includes the following items:

• 1 Stand for the 3 days of the conference
• 3 Lunch tickets, coffee breaks and refreshments
• Welcome reception
• Participation at the regular sessions
