Installation Instructions

Installation from Tarballs
Unpack the into the same directory files:

• tar xvfz 3dvdm.tgz
• tar xvfz vr++.tgz

Unpack the files into the home directory:

• cd ; tar xvfz 3dvdm_data.tgz

Compile the source code:

• cd vr++ ; make ; cd ..
• cd 3dvdm ; make ; cd ..

The executable binaries of the 3DVDM system will be placed in 3dvdm/bin directory.
